I think mixing them altogether is not a good idea coz you will not cook the coconut milk and other ingredients well coz the corn starch will coagulate easily. Besides, this is not the easiest way, coz you are cooking under very low fire with a lot of whisking, and it takes a long time. Sorry, just being honest.
